Position: Project Manager

Position Summary:
HELDi is seeking a dynamic and experienced project manager to lead and oversee our projects. The project manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a passion for making a positive impact through our initiatives.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, law Business Administration, or related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the NGO sector.
– Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion.
– Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Strong leadership and team management ability.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, MS Office, MS excel)

Position: Administrative Officer

Position Summary:
HELDi is seeking a highly organized and efficient administrative officer to support our daily operations. The administrative officer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office and contributing to the effectiveness of our programs and initiatives.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the NGO sector.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
– Strong ethical standards and integrity.
– Commitment to the mission and values of HELDi.

Position: Communication Officer

Position Summary:
HELDi is seeking a creative and strategic communication officer to enhance our public presence and support our mission. The communication officer will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies, managing media relations, and producing high-quality content to engage our stakeholders and the public.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in a communication role, preferably in the NGO sector.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
– Experience in media relations and content creation.
– Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with communication tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Creativity and a strategic mindset.
– Commitment to the mission and values of HELDi.

Job Title: Cleaner/Office Assistant:

Position Overview:
HELDi is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Cleaner/Office Assistant to join our team. This dual-role position involves maintaining the cleanliness of our office space while also providing administrative support. The ideal candidate is organized, detailed, oriented and passionate about contributing to our mission.

Qualifications:
– Secondary school, High school diploma or equivalent.
– Previous experience in cleaning and/or office administration is preferred.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, powerpoint) is a plus.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
– Good written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures is a plus.
